This project was built to form a specific layout, in this case, a book. Based on Susan Merritts article on Skolos and Wedell, it allowed me to focus more on creativity and the mechanics of typography. We focused on cover pages, book titles, table of contents, and a timeline.
Initial Spreads
I was deciding between different color and designs from Skolos & Wedell's designs, but initially did not choose these, as it didn't follow through my original idea of organic shapes.
Final Spreads
I maintained organic shapes within the final layout and color picked from Skolos & Wedell's original design, Neocon. I made use of adding circles when the design called for it.
